This is a Jeep Tour
in Tanzania that gives you the opportunity to experience driving on Self drive
Across Tanzania using excellent 4*4 Land Cruiser VX or Prado SX ,
while exploring Tanzania at its best attractions. Some of Eastern Ark Mountains
i.e. Usambara mountains, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru to mention the
few. Some of Northern Tanzania best game parks and Lakes i.e.
Ngorongoro highlands and Crater, others are Lake Manyara Park, the Great
Serengeti park, Lake Victoria in Mwanza, and you will drive to the
Western corner of the country, Lake Tanganyika-Kigoma and then you will
drive through the center of the country to Dodoma before you drive back
to the East coast of the country into Dar for a speed Ferry Boat or
flight to the

Day 1. Arrive into Dar es Salaam Tanzania
- On arrival, meet and assist at Dar es Salaam International Airport and transfers to
Kilimanjaro Kempinski
hotel for overnight booked on half board basis, HB
Day
2: Dar – Lushoto (375km) plus 10 kms drives around Lushoto
- In the morning at 0800H meet by our staff in Dar, tour briefing will
be done, then drive 375 kms to Usambara mountains where you will arrive
in Lushoto in time for lunch, dinner nd overnight at Irente View
Lodge, booked on HB
Day 3: Lushoto – Marangu
base of Mt. Kilimanjaro (280km)
- Breakfast at Irente, then visit Itente Farm, at 1000H check out and
drive 280 km from Lusoto to the base of Mount Kilimanjaro in Marangu for
lunch, do some walking in the evening with a visit to Kinuka Mori
waterfalls, dinner and overnight at Capricorn Hotel booked on HB
Day 4: Marangu – Manyara
(255km) plus 30kms game drives
- Walk up at early morning at 0530H for the possibility to see the ice
cape of Mount Kilimanjaro, breakfast in Marangu at 0800H. After
breakfast, drive on good road 125km from Marangu to Arusha, on good road
drive more 130 km to Manyara for lunch at Migunga Tented Camp. You will
do afternoon game drives in Lake Manyara National Park a home to Tree
climbing lion, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, hippos. Gnu, hyena, baboons
and many other antelopes and birds. Dinner and overnight at Lake

Day 5: Lake Manyara –
Ngorongoro (60km) plus 60 kms game drives
- Breakfast in Manyara, then at 0800H drive on good road to Ngorongoro
with picnic for Crater tour. - Descend into the crater floor with picnic
lunches for a day game drives. Ngorongoro Crater is one the largest
intact caldera in the world and one of the most spectacular sights in
the whole of Africa. All the BIG FIVE Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and
Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are Zebra, Hippo,
Wildebeest, Hyena and more…Birds includes flamingos on the Soda lake,
Geese, Storks, Vultures and more…Your lunch will be served on the picnic
site in the Crater at Ngoitokitok swamp a Hippo pool. After lunch
proceed with game viewing and late at 1600hrs ascend the crater for
dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena lodge on the Crater Rim

Day 6: Ngorongoro –
Serengeti (130km) plus 30 kms game drives
-Breakfast, then at 0830 hrs travel on rough road via Olduvai Gorge
while sporting game enroute to the vast Serengeti National Park and
check in for lunch at Serengeti Serena Lodge. Spend the afternoon
on rest and relaxation in your lodge waiting for dinner and overnight.
Serengeti is Africa's largest national park provides abundant of
wildlife made it considered as one of the world heritage site for its
nature. The park is famous for its ecosystem that involves the great
world event of annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeests and
zebras include large number of carnivores, this game park is bordered
with Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya but animals have no border as the
wildebeests and zebras migrate from Serengeti to Masai Mara and from
Mara to Serengeti every year. This is a unique world event and very
interesting where by the migrants share the land. It is also home to
Cheetah, lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, Wildebeest, Hartebeest,
Topi, Eland, crocs Thomson and Grant Gazelle and many more…. Birds:
Kori bustard ostrich, secretary birds and many more including the

Day 7: Serengeti 60kms
game drives
- Breakfast in your lodge followed by game drives in Serengeti Park
include a visit to Serengeti information center, the center of the
Serengeti Park. You will have all meals and overnight at the same lodge.

Day 8: Serengeti – Mwanza
(260km) plus 15km Town tour
- Breakfast in Serengeti, at 0830H drive 260km from Serengeti to Mwanza
for lunch, afternoon relax by the beach at Tilapia Hotel waiting for
dinner and overnight, HB
Day 9: Mwanza 20km Lake
visit
- Breakfast at Tilapia hotel, optional; drive along to explore the Lake
or Mwanza town tour. A visit to Saa Nane Island and or any water sport
can be arranged, you will have all meals at Tilapia Hotel, HB
Day 10: Mwanza –
Biharamulo 340km
- Breakfast in Mwanza, then at 0800H depart and drive along the Lake
zone to the Westwards of the country, you will arrive at Biharamulo in
time for lunch at Murda Hotel booked on HB
Day 11: Biharamulo –
Kigoma (Lake Tanganyika) 380km
Breakfast in Biharamulo, at 0800H drive further to the Southwestern
where you will arrive Lake Tanganyika after in time for lunch. You will
have dinner and overnight at Kigoma Hill Top hotel booked on full board
arrangement, HB.
Day 12: Kigoma (Lake
Tanganyika)
- This day, you spend the day resting and relaxation by the hotel pool
(Hill Top), which is built on the edge of the Great Lake Tanganyika
exploring the vast Lake stretched southwards. Meals plan FB
Day 13: Kigoma (Lake
Tanganyika) 10km
You also have 10km extra to drive and visit Kigoma houses the famous Dr
Livingstone Memorial, which contains some of the last remains of the
surroundings of this intrepid explorer’s house. Under two historical
mango trees, the memorial’s caretaker tells visitors the tale of Dr
Livingstone fascinating and his famous expedition into Africa.
Katonga Fishing Village
No tour of Kigoma is complete without visiting the typical African
fishing village of Katonga. Here you will see spectacular displays of
tropical fish along with the catching, drying and selling of fish. Your
guide will also provide an insight into the systematic division of work
the villagers follow to ensure a successful and smooth operation.
Local market
Like any other markets in Tanzania, the local markets in Kigoma are
vibrant and humming with activity. The small crowded stalls are stocked
with kangas and vitenges, commonly worn by the local women and perfect
for gifts and souvenirs. This is also the place to see the different
tribes and cultures living in Kigoma. Any watersport can be arranged
there at the hotel. HB
Day 14: Kigoma (Lake
Tanganyika) – Nzega (520km)
- After breakfast, at 0730H check out and drive to Nzega via Uvinza, the
Great Malagarasi River and Tabora for
dinner and overnight at Forest hotel booked on full board basis,BB.
You will have a stop for a night here in Nzega because it is too far and
impossible for driving from Lake Tanganyika kigoma to Dodoma as far as
about 960km
Day 15: Nzega - Dodoma
(440km)
-Breakfast at 0730H, depart at 0800H and drive 440km inward to Dodoma
the central of the county the capital of the country where you will
arrive in the early afternoon for lunch, after lunch relax by the
swimming pool waiting for the dinner and overnight at New Dodoma Hotel,

Day 16: Dodoma 5 km
-This day you just rest and relax in the morning, and afternoon after
lunch you will do Town tour. You will have all meals and overnight at
New Dodoma hotel HB
Day 17: Dom – Dar (488km)
- Zanzibar
- After breakfast, check out and drive back to Dar es Salaam where you
will arrive in time for late lunch at around 1400H, later at 1600H take
a speedboat to Zanzibar for dinner and overnight at Zanzibar Serena

Day 18: Excursion in Zanzibar
– East Coast Beach
- Breakfast in
in Stone Town followed by morning
Zanzibar historical Stone Town Tour and Spice Farm tour. Afternoon at
1400hrs travel to the East Coast of Zanzibar
where you will rest and relax at leisure on the white sands of the
Coastal beach Resort booked on half board basis at Breezes Beach Club. HB.
Day
19-20 – 21: R & R at Breezes Beach Club
- These days have a rest and relax at leisure on the
white sand beach of the East Coastal Resort. You will have all meals and
overnights in your Resort. HB
Day 22: Zanzibar –
Dar - Home
- Breakfast
in your East Coastal Resort then transfer to Zanzibar Sea Port or
