Day 1: Dar – Selous G.R
- In the morning at 0700hrs pick up from your hotel in
Dar es Salaam or airport and travel to Selous Game Reserve by road or
plain. Accommodation in Mbega Tented Camp booked on full board
basis. FB
Day 2: Game drives in Selous
G.R
- Wake up at 0600hrs for early morning game drives in
Selous game Reserve with Sunrise. Mind you that Selous G.R is larger
than Switzerland and Denmark, that reserves largest population of
elephant in Tanzania as well as large number of buffalo, Hippo, Wild dog
and others are Lion, Eland, bushbuck, giraffe, impala, baboon, zebra,
Crocodile, greater kudu and the chance to see the rare Sable antelope.
Breakfast at 0845hrs in your accommodation; there after proceed with
game drives, all meals and overnight in your accommodation FB.
Day 3: Walking and Boat tour
in Selous G.R
- Breakfast in your accommodation then launch a walking
trip in the wilderness accompanied with an armed ranger guide who will
guide you on walking to get close to the animals for fine pictures. You
will have hot lunch in your accommodation before the drive takes you to
Rufiji River for afternoon Boat tour. Evening the drive will take you
back to your accommodation for dinner experience and overnight. FB
Day 4: Sun Rise & Sun Set in
Selous
- Wake up at 0600 hrs for early morning game drive and
Sun Set in the reserve and at 0845 hrs return to the lodge for
breakfast. After breakfast relax at leisure in the amp until hot lunch.
At 1500 hrs continue with afternoon game viewing in the reserve and
evening enjoy the sun set as it goes down before the drive takes you
back to the amp for dinner and overnight. FB.
Day 5: Selous – Kilwa
- Breakfast in Selous game reserve there after check out
from the camp and travel by road or flight to Kilwa a center of gold
trade during the colonial time which is now the home to the historical
ruins of East African Coast. You will have all meals and overnight in
the Resort. FB
Day 6 - 7: Kilwa
- Spend two days in Kilwa Kisiwani activities will
include a visit to the historical Kilwa Kivinje and Kilwa kisiwani rest
and relaxation on the beach snorkeling boat cruise. You will have all
meals and overnight in the resort. FB
Day 8: Kilwa Mikindani
- This day transfer from Kilwa to Mikindani by road where
you will have all meals and overnight in the Old Boma. FB

9
– 10: Mikindani
- Activities within and around the BOMA in Mikindani will
include a lesson on how to Cook Swahili meals night fishing nature
trails Mnazi bay Marine Reserve with hippos and crocodiles. Watching at
Mozambique border and Dhow trip across Mikindani Bay. You will have all
meals and nights in the Boma FB
Day 11: Mikindani – Bagamoyo
- After breakfast in mikindani then fly back to Dar es
Salaam pick up from the airport and transfer to bagamoyo by road. It is
the former capital of German in East Africa and the East Africa Slave
market center. Dinner and overnight in Paradise Holiday Resort
Lazy lagoon Island Lodge or Livingstone Club FB
Day 12: Bagamoyo – Dar
- Breakfast followed by a visit to Bagamoyo art collage.
Here over 150 young artists can be seen at work producing various works
including paintings carvings batiks pottery and weavings. Lunch in your
accommodation then at 1700hrs travel back to Dar es Salaam for dinner
and transfer to the airport for your return flight back home.
