Bomas of Kenya was established by the Kenyan Government to preserve, maintain and promote rich and diverse cultural values of various groups of Kenyan, and to act as a tourist attraction center. Almost all aspects of Kenyan culture are displayed here, from living styles, crafts, music and dancing.
You can view traditional villages representing the lifestyle of ethnic groups such as Kikuyu, Kalenjin, Luhya, Taita, Masai, Kamba, Kisii, Kuria, Mijikenda and Luo.
Over 30 traditional dancers perform daily in a unique spectacular theater, the biggest in Africa which seats 3,500 people. Dancers representing different ethnic tribes dance across the stage in a vibrant kaleidoscope rhythm and hue. Proud Masai warriors vault skywards as they woo their maidens with chanting cries and twirling spears. You will spend almost 4-5 hrs on this tour. Later drive back to your hotel in Nairobi town.
