Dai 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve -After breakfast 0800 hrs drive along the base of the Rift Valley via the Maasai town of Narok to arrive at the Maasai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch at Mara Serena Lodge. 1500 hrs do afternoon game drives in the reserve, a Kenya's finest wildlife Sanctuary. In the south this game reserve is bordered with Serengeti National Park in Tanzania but animals have no border as the wildebeests and zebras migrate from Serengeti to Masai Mara and from Mara to Serengeti every year. This is a unique world event and very interesting where by the migrants stay in the reserve for two months i.e. August and September when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeests and zebras to join resident includes lion leopard buffalo impala and more. You will have dinner and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge or Similar, FB Day 2: Maasai Mara national Reserve: -This day you spend a morning and afternoon game viewing in the reserve. You will have all meals Lunch dinner and overnight at your lodge. FB. Search for wild game including the huge black manned lion for which Mara is famous for, splendid cheetah, African buffalo, wildebeest (gnus), zebra, leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare rhino might come out of the thicket for you, hyenas are plentiful, Extend your drive to the hippo point where schools of hippo submerge on the approach of vehicles only to surface seconds later to shot and gamble their displeasure as the crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. Between meals there is optional visit to the maasai villages for an insight to their culture if clients so wish. Meals and overnight at Mara Serena Lodge or similar. (Optional Balloon safari at US$385 per person). FB. Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi: -Wake up at 0600hrs for early morning game viewing, later at 0830 hrs back to the lodge/camping for breakfast.
