GS05 TN 1 night/2 days to visit Tarangire National
Park
Day 1.
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
At 1300hrs
arrives in Arusha for lunch at The Arusha Hotel. At 1400hrs,
depart for Tarangire National Park.
Dinner and
overnight at Tarangire Sopa lodge.
Day 2:
Tarangire - Arusha
At 0800hrs
after breakfast, go for morning and early afternoon game
drive in Tarangire Park. The park is home to Lion, leopard,
Hyena, herds of Elephant tree climbing python, Oryx,
hartebeest, zebra, Buffalo, Gazelles. Birds; Over 500
species of birds include red-billed quelled, kori bustard
and ostrich. Baobab Trees are everywhere in the park. Lunch
will be served at the lodge, at 1400hrs load the vehicle
with your bags for short game viewing. At 1600hrs leave the
park and drive back for a drop off in Arusha town at around
1800hrs.
