Day 1:
Arusha – Manyara -
At 1300hrs, arrive in Arusha for lunch at The Arusha Hotel.
At 1400hrs, depart for Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at
the lodge as per bellow rates
Day 2:
Manyara – Serengeti
- Breakfast; at 0700hrs depart for Serengeti National Park
with game drives enroute to arrive in time for lunch at the
lodge. At 1500hrs go for afternoon game viewing in the
Serengeti to look for great herds of wildebeest, zebras and
gazelles, lions, cheetah, leopard until Sunset. Later
experience dinner and overnight at lodge.
Day 3:
Full day in Serengeti
- This day after breakfast enjoy morning and afternoon game
drives in Serengeti National Park to look for lion,
cheetah, leopard. Elephant, herds of wildebeest, zebras and
gazelles and many other animals, you will have all meals and
overnight at the lodge in Serengeti.
Day 4:
Serengeti – Ngorongoro
- Early morning game drive in the Serengeti, breakfast at
0800hrs. At 0840hrs depart for Ngorongoro for lunch at the
lodge passing via Olduvai Gorge.
Olduvai Gorge is the prehistoric site where Dr. Louis Leakey
discovered the remains of Homo habilis (“Handy man”)
regarded as mankind’s first step on the path of human
evolution. You will have dinner and overnight at the
lodge.
Day 5:
Ngorongoro Crater Tour:
breakfast; at 0600hrs descend 2000 feet (0ver 600 meters)
into the crater floor with picnic lunch for game drives.
Ngorongoro Crater is one the largest intact caldera in the
world and one of the most spectacular sights in the whole of
Africa. All the BIG FIVE Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and
Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are Zebra,
Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena and more…Birds includes flamingos
on the Soda lake, Geese, Storks and Vultures. You will have
d
inner and overnight at the lodge
Day 6:
Arusha - Breakfast;
at 0830hrs drive back to Arusha for lunch at Arusha Hotel.
End of Gofan
