Trekking
Day 1: Arrive Kilimanjaro Int. Airport - Arusha:
- On arrive at Kilimanjaro
International Airport (JRO). Meet and greet by our stsff and transfer to
Arusha Crown Hotel for overnight, dinner at Khans Barbeque. HB
Day 2: Arusha – Machame Gate {1800m} – Machame Camp {3000m}
-In the morning at 0830hrs
after breakfast, pick up from your hotel and transfer to Machame Gate in
a nice vehicle, follows the introduction to your guide and porters. Your
trekking to Machame camp for acclimatization, dinner and overnight will
start after registration and other services provided by park management
has been done, including weighing of luggages for porters. Ascend with
lunch on the way through rain forest for approximately 4 to 5 to arrive
at the Machame camp. Later afternoon walk to a little higher altitude is
done for acclimatization. Return to Machame camp for dinner and
overnight in tent. FB
Day 3: Machame Camp (3000m) -Shira Camp (3800m)
-After breakfast, start the
climb through short Savannah forest and other vegetation for
approximately 4 to 5hrs, with picnic lunch en route before arriving in
the afternoon at the Shira camp for dinner and overnight in tent. FB
Day 4: Shira (3800m)- Baranco camp (3950m)
-After breakfast a slow walk
through semi glacier and sandy areas with picnic lunch 3 to 4 hrs before
arriving at the Baranco camp for dinner and overnight in tent.
Day 5: Baranco (3950m)- Barafu camp (4600m)
-After breakfast, with
picnic lunch enroute climb through glaciers for approximately 4 to 5
hours before arriving the Barafu camp for dinner and overnight in tent.

Day 6: Barafu (4600m)-UHURU-Peak (5895m)-Mweka camp (3100m)
-An early wake up call
around 01.00hrs for preparation and light breakfast before starting
final ascent to the summit i.e. either the Stella Point reached in
approximately 5 to 6 hrs and a further ascent to the Uhuru Peak reached
in another approx 45minutes. After signing and short rest with picture
taking, return at Barafu camp for an hour rest with light breakfast,
descend via the Gilman’s Point, proceed descending down for dinner and
overnight at Mweka Camp and sleep in tent.
Day 7: Mweka Cam- (3100m)-Mweka Gate - Arusha
-After breakfast, final
descent to Mweka gate, thereafter say Goodbye to your Guide/ Porters and
connect a private transfer to Arusha. Afternoon rest and relax at
leisure in the hotel waiting for dinner and overnight at
www.ArushaCrownHotel.com FB.
Safari:
Day 8: Arusha – Ngorongoro
- In the morning at 0830hrs
pick up from your hotel in Arusha and drive 190km to Ngorongoro Crater
rim via some point of views for hot lunch in the lodge, and after lunch
launch an easy walking trip along the Crater Rim for about 3 km enjoying
the beauty scenery of the Ngorongoro highlands. Later walk back and meet
your vehicle back to the lodge for dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro
Wildlife lodge. FB
Day 9: Ngorongoro Crater
- After an early breakfast
at 0600hrs drive 180km to Ngorongoro with packed lunch. Descend into the
Crater floor for both morning and afternoon game drives All the BIG FIVE
Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful
caldera, others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena and more…Birds
includes flamingos on the Soda lake Geese, Storks, Vultures and
more…Your lunch will be served in the picnic site in the Crater at
Ngoitoktok swamp a Hippo pool. After lunch proceed with game viewing at
1645hrs ascend the Crater
for dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro Wildlife lodge. FB
Day 10: Ndutu in Ngorongoro
- After breakfast, depart
for Western plains of Ngorongoro for game drives, lunch at Ndutu lodge;
proceed with afternoon game drives in the park. Dinner and overnight at
Ndutu lodge, FB
Day 11: Ngorongoro – Serengeti N.P
-Breakfast in Ngorongoro,
then launch a journey with game drives and lunch enroute to the Great
Serengeti National park. After picnic lunch in the park continue with
afternoon game viewing in the park a home lion, leopard, Elephant,
Cheetah, Buffalo, Zebra, Wildebeest, Eland, Wild dog, Gazelles, Crocs
and more. Lot of birds includes the Eurasia migrants. Dinner and
overnight in Serengeti Wildlife lodge FB
Day 12: Full day in Serengeti N.P
-After breakfast then
continues with both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti
national Park to have a look for lion, leopard, Elephant, Cheetah,
Buffalo, Zebra, Wildebeest, Eland, Wild dog, Gazelles, Crocs and more.
Lot of birds includes the Eurasia migrants. You will have all meals and
overnight at Seronera Wildlife lodge FB
Day 13: Serengeti – Lake Manyara N.P
- Early morning game drives
in Serengeti then back to your lodge at
0845hrs for breakfast. Then
check out and drive 220 km to Manyara via Olduvai Gorge on your option
you will have your lunch on the way. Evening short walking for about 3
km or relax by the pool if lodge or around the hotel. You will have
dinner and overnight at Migunga Tented Camp or Lake Manyara Hotel. FB
Day 14: Lake Manyara – Tarangire National Park
- After Breakfast followed
by morning game drives in Lake Manyara National Park. At 1230hrs leave
the park drive back to the lodge for lunch, and then 1400hrs depart
Manyara to Tarangire for dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge,

Day 15: Tarangire – Arusha – Airport
- After breakfast, proceed
with morning game drives in Tarangire National Park, a home to Lion,
Leopard, Elephant, buffalo, Python, Zebra, Oryx, Impala and more… Over
450 species of birds have been observed. At 1200hrs back to the lodge
for lunch, 1400hrs drive back to Arusha, for a night at Arusha Crown
Hotel booked on BB
Day 16: Arusha – Airport
- This day at any time of
your return flight you will be transferred for a drop off at Kilimanjaro
International Airport (JRO).
