- Arrive JRO (Kilimanjaro International Airport) - At arrive hours, meet and assist at the Airport and transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Arusha Crown Hotel booked on half board basis, FB DAY 2: Londorosi Gate {2200m} - Simba River 2500m - Simba Camp 2500m.
- In the morning at 0800hrs pic up from your hotel in Arusha town and travel in a 4WD Vehicle to the Londorosi Gate. Introduction to your Guide/Porters and after registration drive further in your vehicle for another approx. 2 hrs drive {approx 50kms} to Simba River where you commence your climb on foot {trekking /hiking} for approximate 3 to 4 hrs, with picnic lunch enroute through giant Savannah and vegetation before reaching the Simba Campsite for your dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 : Simba Campsite,2500m - Shira Plateau,3600m.
After breakfast, start climbing through giant Savannah with Flora and Fauna with picnic lunch for approximately 3 to 4 hrs up to the Shira Plateau for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4: Shira Plateau Campsite,3600m.
After breakfast, day is spent for an excursion walk around the vast Shira Plateau for an acclimatization walk. A chance to see the beautiful landscape of Kilimanjaro with its Fauna, Flora and good vegetation. Picnic lunchboxes are taken enroute returning late afternoon back to the Shira Plateau Campsite for dinner and overnight.
DAY 5 : Shira Plateau,3600m - Lava Tower,4600m.
After breakfast, start climb through the glaciers and moorland for approximately 4 to 5hrs, with picnic lunch enroute before arriving at the Lava Tower for dinner and overnight at Lava Tower {An evening short trekking can be interesting}.
DAY 6 : Lava Tower,4600m - Barafu Hut,4600m.
After breakfast, with picnic walk descending towards the Barafu Hut, which is reached in 4 to 5hours. This are easier accessible route towards the peak. dinner and half night at Barafu Hut. The second half night will be enroute to the cape of Africa.
DAY 7 : Barafu Hut,4600m -Gilman’s Point,5600m - UHURU PEAK,5895m.
- Awake in the midnight around 0200hrs {2am} start final ascent from Barafu Hut with picnic lunch through thick glacier and easy rocky for 4 to 5 hrs before arriving the Gilman’s Point and into the Uhuru Peak. After signing and short, the guide will advice time to leave the peak and descend down to dinner and overnight.
DAY 8:
After light breakfast start descent towards the Normal Marangu Route down to Kibo Hut for lunch, short rest and thereafter continue descending to the Horombo Hut for dinner and overnight.
DAY 9 :
After breakfast, final descent Via Mandara Hut for Hot lunch and down to Marangu Gate. { Kilimanjaro Park Gate}. After saying goodbye to your Guide/Porters you then connect for onward transfer to hotel in Arusha booked on Half board basis,HB. Spend the rest of the day congratulating your self and relaxing after the strenuous trek. Dinner and overnight at Arusha Crown Hotel, HB.
